EtHic T-Shirt Design Contest Rules

Sponsored by Let’s Move Killeen, ETHIC Apparel, & Lady Ray Productions

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to all creatives, designers, and community members— NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

• Participants must live in or have ties to the Central Texas area. (You do not necessarily have to live in Central Texas to participate).

• One (1) entry per participant. Collaborative entries are welcome but must list all team members.

DESIGN GUIDELINES

• Designs must include the official ETHIC Apparel logo.

• Artwork should reflect creativity, community pride, and positive representation of community and togetherness.

• Designs may be hand-drawn or digitally created, but must be submitted in .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF format.

• Submissions must be original work and not infringe on any trademarks, logos, or copyrights.

• Entries containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will be automatically disqualified.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. Create your original t-shirt design following the guidelines above.

2. Submit your final design to https://www.cognitoforms.com/_254Generation/EthicDesignContest by November 15, 2025. Email LadyRayProductions@gmail.com for help or questions.

SELECTION & VOTING

• Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges representing:

  Lady Ray Productions, ETHIC Apparel, Let’s Move Killeen, and K7J Authentic.

• Community voting will take place via official social media platforms TBA.

• Judging criteria: Creativity, originality, message, and visual appeal.

  
  

PRIZES

• 1st Place: Hoodie + Joggers printed in your design + $50 cash prize

• 2nd Place: Hoodie in printed design

• 3rd Place: T-shirt in printed design

  
  

Winning designs will be featured in the ETHIC Apparel collection and promoted through Lady Ray Productions, Let’s Move Killeen, and K7J Authentic media outlets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By entering, you grant Lady Ray Productions, ETHIC Apparel, Let’s Move Killeen, and K7J Authentic the right to use, print, and promote your submitted design across all media and merchandising platforms.

• Winners agree to participate in promotional content, photoshoots, or interviews to highlight the contest and its community impact.

• Submissions remain the intellectual property of the designer, but usage rights for promotional and branding purposes are granted to the sponsors listed above.

• All judging decisions are final and binding.
